Tania is an experienced facilitator, consultant and instructional designer having worked with some of Australia’s leading training organisation including MCI Solutions, Learning Dimensions Network, Sarden Learning and the Maura Fay Group. With over 25 years’ experience as a leader and facilitator, Tania brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her leadership programs and coaching services. As a learning consultant, Tania works collaboratively with clients to bring their learning objectives to life.
Tania’s approach is to support her clients to gain clarity around their learning needs by asking deep, probing questions to create a thought-provoking discussion to ensure the learning solution will achieve the desired outcomes including enabling the right leadership behaviours to align with the organisations culture and strategic objectives.
With an engaging and inspiring facilitation style complimented by innovative program design, Tania is a leader in her field. The use of experiential activities, flexible delivery options such as virtual and in person facilitation and the use of world-leading diagnostics to create a truly unique, personal and memorable learning experience produces behavioural change and action each and every time.
