Mariana
Strategic Change Advisor, Leadership Coach and Keynote Speaker
Mariana is a bilingual (English/Spanish) strategic change advisor, leadership coach and keynote speaker with over 17 years of experience across Australia and internationally. She partners with organisations to lead change from the inside out, focusing on the employee experience, communication and leadership capability as key drivers of sustainable transformation.
Mariana has coached and trained thousands of leaders across Amazon, BHP, Commonwealth Bank, Relationships Australia and Australian Government departments including AGD, DFAT, DSS, DCCEEW and Defence. In 2025 alone, she facilitated learning experiences for over 1,500 leaders and developed multiple bespoke programs focused on influence, adaptability, collaboration and culture. She is also the creator of In Your Element leadership training and the keynote Unmute Yourself, both designed to help leaders build confidence and clarity in complex environments.
Mariana holds a Level 2 certification in organisational coaching through IECL and is a certified Hogan practitioner. A former SCMP® strategic communicator and three-time Toastmasters public speaking champion, she is recognised for her dynamic facilitation style and direct, practical approach to leadership and change.
Known for her energy, empathy and practical insight, Mariana blends strategy with storytelling to create safe, engaging spaces where leaders can grow and teams can shift mindsets. She brings the credibility of lived experience, the structure of proven frameworks and the warmth of someone who genuinely cares.
