Geoff is an Organisational Development professional with over 20 years’ experience working across leadership and talent development, culture transformation, coaching and facilitation. He has an enduring commitment to supporting personal and organisational transformation.
Geoff works with front line contributors to senior leaders and teams to help drive personal, team and organisational effectiveness. Geoff’s core belief is that we can affect change by working with people on mindsets, skillsets and toolsets. Geoff has had many years of experience in coaching, consulting, designing, developing and facilitating immersive and experiential blended leadership programs and learning experiences.
He knows the realities and day to day challenges faced by leaders and their teams in an increasingly fast paced, disruptive and changing business environment.
Geoff delivers powerful personal and business results drawing from his experience as a people leader and consultant in a variety of internal and external roles spanning a wide variety of industries and organisations. These include insurance and financial services, engineering, manufacturing, construction, the FMCG sector, government, mining, hospitality, social services, police and telecommunications.
Drawing on his experience in culture consulting and leadership development, Geoff designs and delivers bespoke programs that shift culture and mindsets for individual contributors, emerging leaders, frontline leaders, middle managers and executives, immersing himself in each organisation’s culture, operations and aspirations.
He works as an extension of the internal OD team, building long-term relationships and recognising that culture and leadership change take time, while co-creating cohesive solutions that leaders own and embed in everyday routines, disciplines and organisational strategy.
