David brings more than 24 years’ experience in the education and training sector, spanning complex learning projects, business development and senior management. As Director and Founder of People Tank, he leads an award-winning learning consultancy focused on practical, tailored development that connects organisational priorities with workplace capability.
David works closely with clients to understand their needs, shape appropriate solutions and bring together the specialist expertise required for delivery. His approach combines commercial awareness with a strong interest in how learning translates into meaningful changes in behaviour and performance.
His career includes roles with established learning organisations such as DeakinCo, the Australian Institute of Management, MCI Solutions, FINSIA, Dimension Data Learning Solutions, TP3 and Skillsoft. This breadth of experience informs his understanding of learning design, delivery at scale and the resources needed to support complex engagements.
His experience also includes Pollak Learning Alliance and mytraining.net. David’s focus is on flexible, accessible learning solutions tailored to an organisation’s priorities, budget and delivery needs.
