Clair is an experienced executive and team coach specialising in strategic leadership development, team dynamics and transformational leadership, with a mission to shape future leaders.
Clair works primarily with senior executives to develop untapped potential, supporting and guiding leaders operating in complex environments, responding to constant change and challenge, ensuring they meet the demands of the role with capability and confidence.
She is also a leadership intervention specialist who works with teams to explore and resolve the most complex organisational leadership problems that arise.
